To Install:
	(1)  Copy Quiknote.Exe, Quiknote.Hlp, and Quiknote.Dat to your WINDOWS Directory
	(2)  Copy Threed.Vbx to either your WINDOWS Directory or WINDOWS\SYSTEM
	(3)  Add QUIKNOTE to the Program Manager using FILE - New

	Since this program is written in Visual Basic, Vbrun100.dll is required but not distributed with this program.  Contact the author is you can not located Vbrun100.dll.

QUIKNOTE is a "shareware program" and is provided at no charge to the user for evaluation.
