README for Blood Pressure Plotter for Windows, (BPPW) Version 1.0w (10/20/92) by Richard S. Cohen ========================================================== Requires ======== A home blood pressure measuring device. There are many fine electronic kits on the market that will measure Pulse, Systolic and Diastolic pressure, and can be purchased from most drug or department stores. Any IBM, Compatible that can run Microsoft Windows 3.x EGA/VGA Graphics Color Monitor, At least one Floppy Drive and a Hard Drive. Mouse and Printer recommended. This program is written in Microsoft Visual Basic and requires the file "VBRUN100.DLL" (not supplied) to be installed in the DOS path. Getting Started =============== >Unzip all files to any drive or directory, now known as the "Source" Path. Besides the "Source" path, you will need to know where you want to copy all program files and where the data files will be stored. You can use the default C:\BPWIN for programs, and C:\BPWIN\DATA for the data files. >From Windows File Manager, run "BPWIN.WRI". If you have "WRI" associated with the Windows "Write" (Word Processor Accessory), otherwise you will have to run "Write" then load BPWIN.WRI. Read and/or Print-Out this file. >From Windows, File Manager run "BPINSTAL.EXE" (Install Program). For more information, see BPWIN.WRI. ================================================================== Thank You for Trying BPPW, Richard S.
