HTML Markup 1.0 is shareware. Version 1.0b3 is the first "public beta." This
means that it is the first version that does not have an expiration date and
can be distributed in places other than the official FTP site. This version
my be included on archives, BBS's, and CD-ROMs (I must be contacted prior to
placing HTML Markup on a CD-ROM).
