EINet Support Services
EINet Support Services are a group of services dedicated to helping
EINet OEM and VAR customers successfully integrate EINet products and services
into their business
offerings. The EINet staff guides OEM and VAR customers at every step of the
way with the following support services.
- EINet Help Desk
-
The EINet Help Desk is staffed by EINet personnel who
answer questions or resolve problems OEM and VAR customers may encounter
when using
EINet services. The Help Desk is available by phone (toll free), by fax,
or by electronic mail during business hours (8 am - 6 pm CST).
OEM and VAR customers
may also reach the Help Desk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by digital pager
for immediate assistance.
- Training

EINet trains
OEM and VAR customers on the use of EINet products and services through the
use of lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on training. EINet also provides
reference material for new users who are not familiar with Internet or
client/server technologies. The combination of the training, reference
materials, and assistance from the EINet Help Desk are designed to make
the the use of EINet products and services as easy as possible.
- Assistance with Service Administration

EINet provides assistance to OEM and VAR
customers in the administration and support of their servers and services
software. EINet assists the administrator in making decisions on how to
organize and secure data for their service. EINet also assists the service
administrator with getting software clients to communicate with servers and
in bringing up new servers.
- Specialized Customer Engineering and Consulting
-
If an EINet customer
has unique requirements that are not met with the existing EINet technologies,
EINet can design a custom solution to meet the customer's needs. The
design can be implemented by the customer or by the EINet staff, with
on-going consulting provided as needed.
