This file must be in the Startup Messages folder in
either the same folder as FTPd or the FTPd Preferences Ä
folder in the Preferences folder, and will be displayed to 
and user named ÒpeterÓ when he logs in.  Rename this file
to be Ò<username> StartupÓ and it will be displayed to user
Ò<username>Ó when they log in.  Make a copy for each user
that you want to have a distinct startup message for.  UserÕs
without an explicit startup file will get the default one 
ÒDefault StartupÓ.
