On-Line Usage Timer

First time users:

Double click on the ONLYNTYM.EXE icon. When the program comes up,
size it to fit the screen. Press the SET & RE-SET button. Enter
the number of free hours you have available, if any. Enter the
per hour charge your on-line service charges.

You are now ready to start.

To use:

Just before you log on-line, double click on ONLYNTYM.EXE and
press the START TIME button. You can now either CLOSE the program
(upper left button) or MINIMIZE it (upper right button set, the one
to the left) or just leave the form (window) on the screen.

Immediate log-on to your service.

When you have logged-off the service, re-activate ONLYNTYM.EXE
(if you minimized it, restore it, if you closed it double click
on the icon and open it). Press the END TIME button.

Your current usage (in hours or fractions of hours) will either
be deducted from your allocation of free time or multiplied by
the hourly charge rate, giving you a running total of charges.

If you should "crash" immediately re-boot Windows, launch ONLYNTYM.EXE
and press END TIME. Your elapse time will be recovered (including any
downtime, thus you should re-boot as quickly as possible).

When your monthly "anniversary" date occurs, click the SET & RE-SET
button, enter any new free time you have available, if any, adjust
your charges if you change services or if they raise the rates.

Since this program computes slightly more time than you actually
use, the charges should be lower and your free time a bit more.
If the charges on your bill differ seriously, you either didn't
use this program correctly, forgot to use it or they might be
charging you differently than you assumed!

This is free ware. You can copy it and distribute it freely.
Commercial vendors can pack it with their products it they want.
