Note for the Delphi developers (and others): 

Of course you can add Ouin'PIC to your Tools menu in Delphi,
select the menu Options|Tools|Add and then search for the OuinPIC.EXE
(See your help documentation for more explaination).

To choose quickly a glyph (e.g for a SpeedButton), run Ouin'PIC,
select the bitmap you want, click on the COPY button with the CTRL key
pressed (the full file name is copied in the clipboard). Then, return 
to Delphi and the Object inspector, double-click on the glyph property, 
click on the LOAD button and then insert the filename stored in the 
clipboard by pressing the SHIFT + INS keys (or the CRTL + V keys). 
Click OK and the glyph is set with the bitmap you had chosen with Ouin'PIC.

It is not as easy as drag'n drop but it runs with every dialog box asking
for a filename ! And Ouin'PIC does a lot of other things...
