Changes from FRMDSK v1.0 to v1.1

FRMDSK safely unloads itself from memory when the command-line
switch /U is used. Previously, the program sometimes unloaded
itself when other programs were loaded after it.

FRMDSK can be invoked with nearly any hot key. These hot keys
must include at least one of the <Ctrl>, <Alt>, <Left shift>, and
<Right shift> keys and must contain a letter. (It is not
       advisable to choose <Ctrl>-C.)

FRMDSK has improved filename handling. It keeps track of the
full path but displays only the relative path when the file's
directory is below the current one. For example, if the full
path and name are C:\CUR\SUB\FILE.TXT and the current directory
is C:\CUR then C:\CUR will be displayed on one line and
SUB\FILE.TXT will be displayed on the next line.

FRMDSK appends a space to lines ending in a period, question mark
or exclamation point so that, when word wrapped, sentences are
separated by two spaces. This space can be removed from
individual lines by selecting Edit and pressing <Backspace>
       followed by <Enter>.

The unload display shows either "unloaded" or "trying" within
a second. "Trying" will be changed to either "unloaded" or
"deactivated" within another 1 1/2 seconds.

The program is in two files: FRMDSK.EXE (or FDSMALL.EXE) and
       FDINIT.EXE.

The other new files are README.TXT, WHATSNEW.TXT (this file), and
VENDINFO.DIZ (a structured file for conveying much information to
       vendors and users).

Permanent memory needs were reduced to 63K (FRMDSK) or 37K
(FDSMALL) and the price was reduced to $5.
