			       WEALTH PARTNER

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

This program is designed to help you make the most of your
money. It's easy to waste hundreds, even thousands of dollars a year
without correct information on how to buy insurance, save money on
taxes, and invest wisely. Wealth Partner was written as a companion
to the best-selling book, "More Wealth without Risk" by Charles J.
Givens. The strategies in that book can help anyone get much further
down the road to financial freedom. Wealth Partner contains a wealth
of tools and charts that help you evaluate and implement the
	strategies in that book.

PROGRAM PHILOSOPHY

	9-7-92
I can't afford to waste money. I have three children, two of
whom have special medical needs. In this economy, few people can
afford to waste money. But that's exactly what I have been doing in
the eight years since I got out of school. Even though I have a
master's degree, no one ever taught me how to handle money properly
	--until now.

A few months ago I picked up a copy of "More Wealth without
Risk" by Charles J. Givens. This book discusses how to buy insurance
properly, how to save money on taxes, and how to invest wisely. It
contains valuable financial information on many topics. Since I read
this book, I have saved $150 on car insurance, $250 on life insurance,
and I should save about $700 in taxes this year through the use of a
403 B, a type of retirement plan. If I do this every year for ten
years, you can see that I should be at least $10,000 ahead, and add to
that the returns on the money if invested properly. You can put the
powerful strategies of "More Wealth without Risk" to work for you as
well. This program was written to help you do that.

The best way to learn about money is to get the advice of a
person who has a lot of it. (You wouldn't want to learn from someone
who was broke, would you?) Charles J. Givens developed the strategies
in his books in the course of his own research as he started from
scratch to develop a fortune worth more than a quarter of a billion.
Why not put his strategies to work for you?

Note: these strategies are not a get-rich-quick scheme. They are in
the order of a consumer's guide to money. Over time these strategies
help you put your money to work for you, not for somebody else.

HOW TO INSTALL

There are three steps to installation.

	1. MAKE A NEW DIRECTORY NAMED C:\PARTNER

	2. COPY ALL FILES FROM DISK 1 TO THIS DIRECTORY (you may also use
the install batch file supplied for steps 1 and 2. Insert disk 1
in the a: drive. From the Windows Program Manager, select File
Run, type a:install and then hit enter)

	3. COPY VBRUN200.DLL FROM DISK 2 TO THE C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM DIRECTORY
(again, you may also use the install batch file supplied. Insert
disk 2 in the a: drive. From the Windows Program Manager, select
File Run, type a:install and then hit enter)

TO RUN: FROM WINDOWS PROGRAM MANAGER, SELECT FILE RUN, TYPE
	C:\PARTNER\WP AND THEN HIT ENTER

	Comments:

	1. I suggest the name of "partner" for the disk directory for you to
run this program from. You may name the directory anything you
wish, as long as DOS accepts this name. If you are not familiar
with creating directories, use the Windows File Manager. Select
the Create directory item in the file menu, type c:\partner and
then hit enter. If you use a directory other than c:\partner,
	   modify the run instruction accordingly.

	2. If you are not familiar with the DOS copy command, use the Windows
File manager to copy files from the disks to the target directory.
Select copy files from the file menu.

	3. The file vbrun200.dll needs to be in your c:\windows or your
c:\windows\system subdirectory. It is possible that this file is
already there, since more and more programs are written in Visual
Basic. (It is also possible though not likely that your main
Windows directory has another name or location. For example,
it could be d:\windows). Again, you may use the File manager to
	   copy this file.

HOW TO REGISTER

Wealth Partner is supplied as shareware. You are free to use
the program in order to evaluate it. If you decide to keep it and
use it, please send in the registration fee to the author.

Givens. Select the program menu item "How to Register" for more
	information.

personal financial information. Remember to back up your data
	regularly to prevent loss.

YOUR SUGGESTIONS

If you have any suggestions on how this program could be more
useful to you or how it could be improved in general, I would be
	happy to receive them.

HOW TO UNINSTALL WEALTH PARTNER

Erase all the files from your c:\partner directory, if that's
where you installed this program. Make sure that you have no files
from any other program in this directory.
Also, you may erase the file vbrun200.dll from your c:\windows
or c:\windows\system directory. You may want to leave that file
there, however, because more and more programs are using it, and you
may already have another program that uses it.
