   This software allows you to quickly
   and easily keep track of all your
   photography equipment, supplies
   and related expenses.

<Menu Bar - Files>
Files
   This menus selection is the
   gateway to data entry and data
   maintenance.

   It is here you add new records.
   Delete records that are no
   longer needed and edit existing
   records.

<Menu Bar - Reports>
Reports
   This option allows you to
   print out your records.

   You can print your Equipment records
   in two different formats, sorted
   three different ways, and filtered or
   not.

   A list of all Vendors and single
   Rolodex may be printed as well.

<Equipment>
Update Equipment Records.
   Select this option to update
   equipment records.

   Records can be viewed by either
   Make or Category order.

<Vendor Records>
Vendor Records
   Select this option to update
   list of vendors or suppliers.

<Vendor/Equipment Cross Reference>
Vendor Equipment Cross Reference
   Select this option to view all
   equipment records for a
   particular vendor.

<Personal Data>
Personal Data
   Select this option to add or edit
   your personal data which will
   print on Report headings.

<Rebuild Files>
Rebuild Files
  Select this option if you are
  having problems access a record.

<<Category Table>>
<Records listed in order of Category>
Listed in order of Category:
  This table displays all your
  records sorted on the Category entry
  field.

  A Category entry is use to group
  your equipment inventory
  according to its primary use or
  place of storage.

  For example: A photographer on
  location might use Category
  listings such as Camera Bag 1,
  Camera Bag 2 and so forth to
  keep track of the equipment, so
  nothing gets misplaced.

  Equipment purchased for the Studio
  would be listed under Studio,
  Darkroom under Darkroom and so
  forth.

<<Make Table>>
<Records listed in order of Make>
Listed in the order of Make.
   This table displays your equipment
   records sorted on the entry in the
   Make field.

   Example: All Nikon would be grouped
   together and so forth.

<<Vendors Table>>
Vendors
   This table displays a list of
   all Vendors or Suppliers or anyone
   you made a purchase from.

   Records are sorted on the Vendors
   ID number "VID".

   This number is assigned
   automatically as each record is
   added.

<<Data Entry>>
Data Entry
   Data entry is straight forward and
   simple in your Phot-Equipment
   Database.

   There are 5 required fields.
   The first 3 have select menus.

   Fields: Catalog
           Vendor ID
           Make.
           Cost per Item
           Number of Items

   The select tables associated with
   with the first 3 fields will offer
   a list of options - click on the
   one you want entered in the field
   that called the table.

   From any of the select tables you
   can delete items listed. Add new
   ones and edit old listings.

Report Menu Options
   To get an idea of how the reports
   will look enter a few samples and
   select one of the print options.

   Displaying the report on screen
   will give you a good idea of how
   each report will look printed.

<<Personal Data>>
Personal Data
   The information you enter on this
   screen is used in reports headings.

   This information can be changed at
   anytime by overwriting the
   existing data.

4. Generic Printer Codes Added
5. Increase Fields display size for Cost
   on Equipment by Make Table
6. Date now defaults to today's date
7. Category is now spelled correctly
