1. New to this version:

The interface has a complete overhaul. It has a control
bar similar to the Outlook bar where all the controls are
located. Search capabilities have been added where you
can search a number of fields. There have been many more
data fields added so the program can be used in many
different types of businesses or homes. Also, there are
database utilities to help you manage the database.
I think you will like it.

2. Overview:

This program was inspired by myself when getting ready
to deploy to Bosnia. The program was written for the
military, but it has room in the civilian sector also.

  Inventory Database Printing Utility...

We all know how frustrating it is when we get ready to
deploy. We have to make hundreds of lists and then they
change at least twice a day in the coming weeks before
we finally deploy. That is why I wrote this program.
You can enter all the Data of all your Equipment and
then with the click of a mouse button you can change the
Status of that Equipment and print it out on a piece of
paper.(NO MORE WRITING AND RE-WRITING LISTS.) You can
print out different types of lists including a location
list for when you deploy (i. e., the contents located in
BOX 1, and BOX 2). You can use this program every day to
keep track of your equipment, it is not only for Deploymnets.
If you have a piece of equipment in Maintenance, you can
keep track of it, also keep track of when maintenance is due.
When Company INVENTORIES come around, you can find the
Equipment much easier. Just look in the DataBase for the
LINE# and check out where the Location of the Equipment is.
Also, print out a list sorted by LINE#, and you can lay it
out in order according to the PROPERTY BOOK list. You may
print lists in any sort order you choose. You can also
add pictures to the database with this version and search
capabilities have been added.

 IMPORTANT FOR REGISTERED USERS
////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
If you Register, I will send you the complete functional
program and you can specify to me up to 4 items that you
would like to have in the status box. These items will be
connected to the printer options, (for example, the Print Deployment
List), and when printed, it will display your LOGO Header with the
Status you specify. This gives you as the user, some input
in making the program to fit your personal needs. Also, you
will be able to load BMP, JPEG and GIF pictures into the data base
and all search capabilities will be enabled.
