II.	MedPRO Installation
Installing MedPRO is quick and simple. If you have installed a previous version of MedPRO or are re-installing the program, you must first remove the earlier version. MedPRO is Windows 95 compliant and is easily removed using the Control Panel;Insert/Delete Programs Wizard.

Create a new folder, and place mdpro11b.exe in it. Double click on mdpro11b.exe to self extract the setup files.

To install MedPRO double click on setup.exe. The setup program will install MedPRO 1.1b into the default folder Program Files\MedPRO and create a Program shortcut on the Start button.

III.	Sample Reference Texts and Sets
Included with MedPRO are three sample reference texts (mi.txt, ards.txt, and crohns.txt). These were obtained in MEDLARS format from Ovid. Import them into a new Reference Set as outlined in the Help file under "How to Import Text". Or simply open the sample Reference Sets (mi.pro, ards.pro, and crohns.pro) and begin exploring MedPRO using the Tutorial in the Help file.

IV.	Limitations and Registration
The unregistered version of MedPRO is usable for an unlimited time to create and use an unlimited number of Reference Sets. However, each Reference Set is limiited to 10 individual references. This is to allow people to become familiar with the software before they purchase it, and to allow people to organize small libraries of information free of charge.

To create Reference Sets of any size one can register MedPRO by mailing your Registration Name (found in the Help|Register MedPRo... menu), your e-mail address, and US$ 29.00 to:
	Jeff Chapman
