Slappy's next billboard was for the Sunshine Travel Agency. The
sign showed a man and a woman on a beach at the ocean, toasting under
     a hot sun.
          But it was too good.
It was the middle of winter when Slappy painted it. No sooner had
he put the finishing touch on that sun, than the snow on the sidewalk
started to melt. Within a week, weeds were popping through the
     sidewalk cracks.
Then people set up beach chairs and blankets in front of the
sign. They sat around in swimsuits and sunglasses, sipping iced
lemonade and splashing on suntan lotion. Before long, they covered the
sidewalk and part of the street.
That crowd was a traffic hazard. The town authorities complained
to the Sunshine Travel Agency. The Sunshine Travel Agency complained
     to Slappy.
