Paper Maker for Windows 95

-A simple utility enabeling you to make any bitmap image the current
WallPaper in two mouse clicks.

-Extract the files wherever you like.

-The program requires VBRun300.dll (found in this forum).

-To use Paper Maker, do the following (once only):
Open Explorer and on the menu, click 'View', then 'Options'. Select
the 'File Types' tab. Scroll down the file types list until you find
'Bitmap Image'. Click 'Edit'. Now add a new action by clicking 'New'.
In the New Action dialog box, under the 'Action' label type 'Set as
WallPaper' and under the 'Application used to preform action' label
type <drive:\path\> 'PapMak.exe' (eg: C:\Windows\PapMak.exe). Leave
'Use DDE' unchecked. Click 'OK', 'OK', 'OK' to save all and get out.

Now when you are in Explorer, or anywhere else for that matter, you
can right click on any bitmap file and select 'Set as WallPaper' to
make the bitmap the current WallPaper.

This program works on my version of Windows 95. If for any reason it
doesn't work on your machine or you bust your machine whilst
installing or using this program, don't call me.

The program runs on Windows 3.1, but you have to associate the 'bmp'
extention with the file PapMak.exe. This effectively ruins your
ability to edit or view the bitmap using PaintBrush by double-
clicking on the filename. If this is hinderance to you, the simple
solution is to upgrade to Windows 95.
