       APRCalc 2.0 - A Windows Shareware Utility

Thanks for trying APRCalc! Please read this brief message
before the program is installed for you.

APRCalc was meant to be a generic loan and amortization
calculator, and one that would allow the user to investigate
various scenarios quickly.

The four variables in an APR loan are the Amount
Financed, the Term, the APR, and the Payment; setting
any three of these determines the fourth. Typically,
the user enters a value for each of the three known
variables, and then clicks the button next to the field
to be calculated.

APRCalc also automatically (and very rapidly) amortizes
loans, and provides the ability to print or export it.
Prepayments to principal can be entered for any payments,
and the effect on the amortization observed. You can also
determine how much in prepayments is necessary to reduce
a loan to a given number of payments. Support for ARMs
(Adjustable Rate Mortgages) is also provided. Breakeven
date analysis for discount points is available.

Also, yearly, quarterly, monthly, biweekly, and weekly
payment periods are supported; individual loan scenarios
can be saved in files; and an extensive Windows Help
system is provided.

APRCalc is not free software. It is shareware, which means
you are expected to pay to register the program if you
continue to use it. Your payment will encourage me to
write more Windows programs and improve existing ones.
To register your copy of APRCalc, please send $15 (along
with a filled out hardcopy of the ORDER.TXT file) to:
