Well, here it is at last. The Public Domain Demo Version of S.O.S.
If you like this program, please contact Dr. Computer and buy a copy
of S.O.S. I've been a Windows Consultant for 7 years, and I love
Windows itself, but there was a huge wish list that I had for a program,
so I wrote an interface the way I figured it should have been done.
I hope you like it. If you don't, that's cool, don't use it. Not
everyone thinks or works the same. Personally, I work all day long on
my system, so I don't want to be frickin around looking for things and
double clicking all over the place. S.O.S. saves me a lot of time and
if you learn to use it, it can do the same to you.

You may distribute as many copies of this demo program as you wish as long
as you do not charge for the program. You may charge a maximum of $1.00
for the disk you put the program on.

Having worked with a lot of new users, I know that S.O.S. is the fastest
way of getting people working productively on their systems. If you are
a power user, you are going to love the way that the Windows environment
is put at your fingertips. If you're a programmer, then you'll find a lot
of nifty little shortcuts to help you out.

I've been asked quite a few times "What do you feel makes S.O.S. better
than all the other Windows Shells on the market?" My answer is methodology.
While the other Shells do have some nifty features, a lot of them are of
only passing interest one time. So why bother having those features? For
the life of me I can't figure out "why did you write this?" when I look at
some of the most popular shells on the market. Feature rich and useless.
If you're attracted to glitz and fripperies, you probably ain't gonna like
S.O.S. If your time is precious to you, as mine is to me, then you are
really going to like my application.
