INTRODUCTION

Music Alarm is designed for the people like you who work on
the computer all the time, and need something to remind you
to give your eyes a break. It also can be used as a multi-
setting alarm clock to remind you some routine events at
work or at home, such as coffee break, special phone calls,
doctor appointments, lunch time, and so on. You can set it
as a music instrument which plays your favorite music
regularly to make your work on the computer enjoyable. This
is especially true during the Christmas time. I am sure that
the attached Christmas music will give you more joyful
     spirit in the holiday season.

Music Alarm is an MS Windows application program. It works
under MS Windows 3.0 or higher, and runs in the background
while you are working on some other programs. When a
predefined event occurs, it will play the selected music
     and/or display a message box.

With this program you could set the following events:

        - A specific time with the specified year, month, date,
          hour, minute, and second.

        - An event of very minute with the specified second.

        - An event of every hour with the specified minute and
          second.

        - An event of every day with the specified hour, minute
          and second.

        - An event of every Monday with the specified hour,
          minute and second.

        - An event of every Tuesday with the specified hour,
          minute and second.

        - An event of every Wednesday with the specified hour,
          minute and second.

        - An event of every Thursday with the specified hour,
          minute and second.

        - An event of every Friday with the specified hour,
          minute and second.

        - An event of every Saturday with the specified hour,
          minute and second.

        - An event of every Sunday with the specified hour,
          minute and second.

        - An event of every weekday with the specified hour,
          minute and second.

        - An event of every weekend day with the specified hour,
          minute and second.

        - An event of every month with the specified date, hour,
          minute and second.

        - An event of every year with the specified month, date,
          hour, minute and second.

For each event you could select a music file to play. If
playing music is not appropriate in some situation, a
message box can be used instead. The remarks that you
entered will be displayed in the message box. Playing music
and displaying a message box are all optional. You could set
     them any way you want.

An event can be armed or disarmed. This gives you an option
to disable the event without deleting it. Music Alarm lets
the user make changes to the existing events. The events can
be saved into a file, and read back later.

The automatically-run feature lets MS Windows run Music
     Alarm whenever Windows starts.
