                                DRIVERS 1.0
==============================================================================

files for paticular programs that you will be running and then reboots your
computer for you. It is very fast and has alot of advanced function. If you
are always changing your autoexec.bat and config.sys files then this program
is for you. With DRIVERS 1.0 you can have as many different autoexec.bat and
config.sys files as you want. So once you get one tuned to the paticular
program that you will be running all you do is tell DRIVERS what the name of
that file is and what program it is for and it will remember it for you. Then
when you start DRIVERS and go into [Load Drivers] it will have a list of
programs that you can pick from. Just pick the program and then press
[Load Drivers] and it will copy the autoexec.bat and config.sys files, you
told it were for that program to the root drive under the name "Autoexec.bat
and config.sys".

	That means that your autoexec.bat and config.sys can be any name you
wish because DRIVERS will copy it to the right name on the root drive. DRIVERS
has a full text editor so you can make changes to any of the autoexec.bat and
config.sys files for a paticular program. It also has online help with hyper

                            INSTALLING DRIVERS 1.0
==============================================================================

1. Create a directory on your hard drive whatever name you want it to be.
    Copy the Drivers.exe and drivers.hlp file into that directory and change
    to that directory. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU BE IN THAT DIRECTORY WHEN YOU
    RUN DRIVERS FOR THE FIRST TIME. When you first run DRIVERS it will bring
    you to the DEFAULTS screen and ask you for the directory and boot drive.
    Once you have typed in the name of the directory and boot drive then press
    save. This will hardcode the name into the drivers.exe file so that it
    will always have that information. The Boot drive is the drive which your
    computer boots up to when you turn it on. "EXAMPLE C:\". The directory
    would be "EXAMPLE C:\DRIVERS\".

2. The contents of the zip file is listed below:

        a. Drivers.exe The exacutable for DRIVERS
        b. Drivers.hlp The help file for DRIVERS
        c.  Readme.txt          This file

3. Next, you can start using DRIVERS 1.0. The message that appears when you
    start the program will appear every time you start DRIVERS. Also the EDIT
    DRIVERS button and DEFAULTS button will not be usable to you. If you
    register, you will be sent register info that will enable the buttons for
    you so that you can use those functions. You will also recieve a printed
    manual for DRIVERS.

                              TIPS FOR DRIVERS 1.0
==============================================================================

1. When creating names for the autoexec.bat and config.sys files for the
    different programs that you will be running try and name them something
    that you can see what they are for:

        a autoexec.bat file for Windows 3.1 could be autoexec.win
        a config.sys file for Windows 3.1 could be config.win
        a autoexec.bat file for Harvard Graphics 3.0 could be autoexec.hg3
        a config.sys file for Harvard Graphics 3.0 could be config.hg3

    NOTE: Make sure that you put these files in the directory where you
    installed DRIVERS. That is where DRIVERS will look for these files.

2. You should make sure that your Directory for drivers is in every "Path="
    statment in every autoexec.bat file that you have. This will alow you
    to start DRIVERS from any directory that you may be in.

3. You can change the help file to sute you for the description of the
    function that you use the least. You can also add help to by editing the
    ASCII text file.
