   PROGRAM INFORMATION
   ===================
   IMAGE Version 1.13

The IMAGE utility was designed to provide an easy mechanism for duplicating
floppy diskettes. The program will READ a floppy and create an Image file
on a local or network hard drive. The program has a number of options that
can be set by using the menus, a default configuration file or the command
line (Use IMAGE /H for a list of available command line parameters). IMAGE
will create a default configuration file (IMAGE.CFG) the first time that it
is used. This configuration file will be located in the same directory as
the executable file (IMAGE.EXE). You can use any text editor to modify the
   configuration file settings.

   FEATURES
   ========
Supports 1.44 Mb or 720 Kb 3 diskettes in the either A: or B: drive
Supports 1.2 Mb or 360 Kb 5 diskettes in the either A: or B: drive
Provides an option to overwrite Image files. When set to NO, IMAGE
will not allow the user to overwrite existing Image files. When set
to YES, creating Image files with the same name as existing files
will cause the contents of the original files to be lost.
USE EXTREME CAUTION WHEN SETTING THIS TO YES !!
Provides an option to override IMAGE's file naming conventions. IMAGE
uses an IMG extension when creating a single Image file or a counter
(001 thru 999) for the extension when creating multiple diskette sets
This naming convention allows you to quickly identify related files
Setting this option to NO allows the user to specify the extension for
          a single Image file.\n");
Provides an option for multiple Image copies. This can be used for
creating sets of diskettes for software distribution. For example, if
you have created a set of Images that you need five copies of, set the
number of copies to five. When WRITING to the floppy diskettes, IMAGE
will prompt you to create five copies of the first diskette, then five
copies of the second diskette and so on.
Prompting for Labels. When reading diskettes, this option allows the
user to input up to five lines (25 characters per line) of information
to be stored in a Label file. The Label file will have the same name
as the Image file except with an extension of LBL. The Label file can
be used to keep track of the contents of each Image file or to print
          diskette labels.

   OPTION DESRIPTIONS
   ==================
Drive to Copy - Select this option to toggle between the A: and B:
                          drives.
Type of Copy - Select this option to display a sub-menu allowing
you to select the type of copy (READING or WRITING)
to be performed. READING from the floppy will
create the Image file specified. WRITING to the
floppy drive will overwrite any existing data on the
floppy diskette with Image file data
         Capacity of Diskette -
Select this option to display a sub-menu allowing you
to select the capacity of the diskette that is to be
                          processed.
         Naming Conventions -
Select this option to toggle the use of Image naming
conventions. When this is set to YES, the Image
utility will use IMG as the file extension. Setting
this option to NO allows the file extension to be
specified. NOTE: The file extension is generated
by the Image utility when there is more than one
                          diskette.
         Image File Name -
Select this option to specify the name of the Image
file. If Type of Copy is set to READ, this is the
name of the file to be created. Otherwise, if the
Type of Copy is set to WRITE, this is the name of an
                          existing Image file.
         Image File Path -
Select this option to specify the path where the
Image files are to be found. When the Type of Copy
is set to READ, this is the directory where the Image
files will be created. When Type of Copy is set to
WRITE, this is the directory where the Image files
                          are stored.
         Overwrite Files -
When overwrite is set to NO, an error message will
be displayed if you attempt to READ data into a file
that already exists. Setting this option to YES
causes any existing file to be overwritten.
NOTE: This option is only used when READING from
                                  a floppy diskette.
         Number of Diskettes -
Select this option to specify the number of
diskettes to be copied. If the number of diskettes
is greater than one, the file extension will be used
as a counter to sequence the diskettes.
         Starting Disk Number -
Select this option to specify the starting diskette
number when more than one diskette is processed.
Normally, this should be set to one but this option
allows the user to specify where the processing will
                          start from.
         Number of Copies -
Selecting this option allows you make multiple
copies of a diskette. This option can be useful if
you are making distribution copies of software.
NOTE: This option can only be used when WRITING
                                 to a floppy diskette.
         Prompt for Labels -
Select this option to toggle prompting for label
information when READING diskettes. A label file
(up to five lines of 25 characters each) can be
generated when diskettes are READ. This file can be
used to track what data is contained in individual
Image files or to print diskette labels.
         Begin Copy Process -
Select this option to begin processing diskette(s)
