WinRestart V1.1

Freeware!

WinRestart is a simple program that allows you to:

1 - Exit Windows and reboot your computer.
2 - Exit Windows and return you to DOS.
3 - Exit and restart Windows.

To use WinRestart, you must have a copy of Borland's BWCC.DLL in your
path or in your Windows system directory. BWCC.DLL is not included
in this archive. It can be found in many forums on CompuServe. If
you cannot locate a copy, please contact me and I will help you out.

WinRestart's interface consists of four buttons. A separate button
for each of the three options described above and an exit button
labeled Abort. If you would like to restart Windows, you just have to
click on the Restart! button. WinRestart will then proceed to ask you if
you are sure and then take the necessary action based on your response.

WinRestart also excepts command line arguments. These arguments must be
in one of the following forms:

In Program Manager's Run box or in a program group:

WRESTART /e or WRESTART -e will exit Windows.
WRESTART /s or WRESTART -s will restart Windows.
WRESTART /r or WRESTART -r will exit Windows and reboot your computer.

If you use the command line option, WinRestart will not ask if you are sure
and proceed to execute the appropriate command. When WinRestart tries to
exit and if any program refuses to exit, WinRestart is stopped.

WinRestart is Freeware and I do not ask for any fee, but it is still
copyrighted. Please pass WinRestart around, but make sure that the
EXE file is unaltered and that this text file be included.

Thank you.
