Here's what I've found about getting info. on a
bill in Congress. This particular example is for a Resolution called
for by Barbara Boxer. It's not the Congressional Record, but
it may be helpful to some of you.

     (1)  Call Legislative Research at (202) 225-1772 M-F 8:30 - 5:30.
          Ask them for the number of Representative Boxer's
          House Resolution which would prohibit sexual orientation
          in the Military.  While you're on the phone, tell the
          person who answers that there is a companion Resolution
          in the U.S. Senate, but you don't know the author.  Ask the
          operator if you can have the Senate Resolution number
          too.

     (2)  Call and/or Write for copies.  They're free.
