WARNING! YOU SHOULD USE THE DOS DISKCOMP COMMAND THE VERY FIRST TIMES
          YOU ARE USING DISK TRANSFER (AFTER COPYING) TO ENSURE, THAT
          THE PROGRAM RUNS RELIABLY ON YOUR COMPUTER.

PROBLEMS REPORTED USING DISK TRANSFER
=====================================

Using Disk Transfer under MS-DOS 4.0 may give you some troubles. When
using DOS 4.0 and having placed the FASTOPEN buffers in EXPANDED
memory (/X switch), you may run into troubles when copying diskettes
via EMS. We have noticed that the MS-DOS 4.0 FASTOPEN command destroys
data in EMS, so all data saved in EMS by Disk Transfer during a copy,
may be corrupted. The problem is not consistent and may not show up
all times. Please always enable the COMPARE switch (/C+), when copying
diskettes under MS-DOS 4.0, if you are using EMS as temporary storage
- especially if you also have placed the FASTOPEN buffers in EMS.

Thank you for using DiskTransfer.
