Registered users can delete it, if they want.

                               Ĵ IMPORTANT

In this version of Tetris I have added my own AICA Sound Compressor
routines. The AICA is a loss sound compressor which gives a 2:1 constant
compression ratio while having high compression and decompression speed.
The compressed sound files are identified by a .AIK extension.

The complete AICA package will be released soon. It will include support
for OPL and C programmers and a AICA compatible version of the ROM Record
application. Please contact me if you should need further information.

Obviously Registered User will not be able to change the compressed sound
files as long as AICA has not been released.

Who is interested in more info on the AICA compression package, can
contact me by e-mail at the above address.

 Ĵ USER GUIDE

There is no need (I think) of instructions! If you don't know Tetris at
all, give a look to the on-line help system (available even while playing
by pressing the Help key) or simply ask to a friend of yours.

I made no pause key, but the game enters in a pause mode when you change
the active process (pressing the System key, for example) or when you
   press the Menu key.

Remember that, in order to access to the menu functions, you must not
press the hot-key itself, but you must press the Menu key then the hot
   key, instead.

 Ĵ TRADEMARKS AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

   Series-3a is trademark of PSION.

Original Tetris programming and idea by Alexey Pazhitnov.

To achieve maximum processing speed, part of the AICA compression and
decompression routines were developed using Giles Goddard's and Krister
   Wombell's S3Asm, a Series-3a 8086 Assembler.

Furthermore I have to beg pardon to David Kohn, who was the first one to
report the double-movement, and some months passed since I promised him a
fix to Tetris. Excuse me, David, but I ran into big troubles since I
*completely* lost both my HD source file AND the disk backup (Murphy's Law
hits again: "Anything that can go wrong, will go wrong"), so I had to
start again from a PAPER PRINT-OUT of a very early version of the game.
