TcpIp LICENCE AGREEMENT

NOTICE: Mark Richardson licences the software to you only upon the condition
that you accept all of the terms contained in this license agreement. Before
you install the software, please read the terms and conditions of this
agreement.  By installing, copying, or otherwise using any of the software,
you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.  If you do not agree
to the terms of this agreement, you are not authorized to use the software.

LICENSE:  The software which accompanies this license (the "Software") is
property of Mark Richardson and is protected by copyright law.  While Mark
Richardson continues to own the Software, you have certain rights to use the
Software after your acceptance of this licence.  Your rights and obligations
with respect to the use of this Software are as follows:

(1) Mark Richardson grants to you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable
and royalty-free license to install and use the Software for your lawful
personal use.  The Software may be installed only on computers and handheld
devices controlled by you.

(2) This agreement does not entitle you to any hard-copy documentation,
technical support, or telephone assistance.

(3) You may make copies of the Software as may be necessary for backup and
archival purposes.

(4) Under no circumstances are you allowed to distribute the Software or your
personal registration code.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: You must assume the entire risk of using the
Software.  Any liability of the seller will be limited to exclusively to
product replacement or refund of purchase price.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY: Mark Richardson expressly disclaims any warranty for
the Software.  The Software and any related documentation is provided
"AS IS".
