Stardate v1.5 for the Psion Series 5

               Installing

Unzip all the files and you should end up with
all the files in a folder called Stardate.
Simply drag this folder into your Psion`s
system/apps directory on any drive. You should
then end up with all the files in your Psion`s
system/apps/Stardate directory. The game icon
should now appear on the extras bar.

If updating from version 1.3 or earlier, replace
Stardate.app  and Stardate.hlp and icons.dat
with the newer versions, otherwise just replace
stardate.app

If ugrading from an earlier version than v1.4,
run v1.5 then load your old saved game. Then
save it again to automatically convert to the
new save game method.

New to v1.4

Save game time now over 70% faster!

From around 30 seconds depending on the amount
of ships and colonies established.

Saved game size now 90% smaller! saved game size
now from 35k to 60k.

New icon on dock loading screen for a quick unload
of ships elements.

Couple of menu bugs removed.

New to version 1.5

Bug removed when dragging pen on the Roster screen.

help file when running.


                Registration                  

Stardate is shareware. The game took many
hours to write so please register if you like it!

Registration is ten pounds. If paying by from outside
the UK but from within Europe use a euro cheque made
out in sterling. If outside Europe, and paying by
cheque please add a further six pounds equivalent
to cover bank charges. 

To register, I also need your Series 5`s unique ID code,
which is given on the registration menu.

`Acts of God` added to the game. Spacecraft can now be 
destroyed by various causes.

Sound setting now recorded on exit

Option to save game when quitting

Bug in `Database` removed. Planets on the right side
never diplayed habitable, colonised or energy flags.

The game should now work on the Geofox
