SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

The use and redistribution of this program ("Software") is subject
to the following conditions:

1. You may not copy and distribute the Software nor any of its
   derivatives in whole or in part unless:

   a) the copyright notice and this conditions appear on all copies;
   b) copies are complete and unaltered with all messages intact;
   c) no charge is associated with the distribution of such copies
   d) any distribution made by you hereunder is expressly made
      subject to an acknowledgment by you and the recipient of
      such distribution that BEELOGIC SOFTWARE retains
      exclusive ownership of the Software including all intellectual
      property rights therein, at all times.

2. You're allowed to:

   a) Upload this software to any bulletin board or WWW site.
   b) Demonstrate the software and its capabilities or
   c) Give copies to potential users, so that others may have the
      opportunity to obtain a copy for use in accordance with the
      licence terms contained in this file.

3. The name of BEELOGIC shall not be used in any advertising or
   publicity pertaining to the use or redistribution of this Software
   without the prior express, written consent of BEELOGIC.

4. THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT
   WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, 
   INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED
   WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,  FITNESS FOR A
   PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR
   ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE, TRADE
   OR PRACTICE.

5. BEELOGIC DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE IS 
   ERROR FREE. IN NO EVENT SHALL BEELOGIC BE LIABLE
   FOR ANY SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR
   CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES
   WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA
   OR PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, 
   NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, ARISING
   OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR
   PERFORMANCE OF THIS SOFTWARE.
