The utility is designed for Psion S5 and tests the speed of CFF memory
cards. It writes ten times 1024 kB long file to disk C: and D:
and reads it back. It displays results in simple text form. It isn't
sophisticated and complex test.

DiskBench version 1.0 produced different values for disk C: tests on
different Psions. I think the reason why was low priority
of DiskBench. Now it runs in non-compute mode. Test now writes 1024kB
instead of 512kB to make values a bit more stable.

                  This small utility is freeware.
-----------------------------------------------------------------

I discovered that the access to CFF disks is slower than to
the internal memory disk. It is logical because there are used 
different technologies. Well, but I'd like to know if all disks have 
the same speed or there are slower and faster disks. If you want
to participate in my small test, stop all applications, run DiskBench
and send me your results to my email. I will publish speed comparation
table on my web page.

DiskBench can be copied anywhere to the Psion's disks.

Psion before the test.
