 HISTORY - ZippyList v1.4 03/29/94

Added: The ability for a Sysop to force the menu screens at *ALL* times
regardless of whether or not the user has their expert mode toggled on.

NOTE: YOU MUST ALTER YOUR ZLIST.CFG SO IT CORRESPONDS TO THE NEW FORMAT.
THE ONLY LINE THAT HAS BEEN INSERTED IN THIS RELEASE IS LINE #5.

    (Thanks John Stewart!)

Fixed: Previously, if a user started a search and had the "Capture for
download?" turned OFF, upon trying to exit ZippyList it would tell the
user that he/she had not yet downloaded the capture file and would prompt
then if they would like to compress and download it. Now, it will *ONLY*
prompt if he/she had performed a search and had the "Capture for
    download?" toggled ON.

We optimized the code a little more to decrease the size of the
ZLIST.PPE is relation to the features added. :)

In the previous version, a price decrease to $10 for ZippyList was added.
Unfortunately, it had gone back up to $15. :( We all need $$, obviously,
to support our own systems. Thanks goes out to those who registered
    ZippyList! :)

Just a reminder: You may order online via our support system with
                     your Credit Card.

 HISTORY - ZippyList v1.3 03/21/94

Due to Clark Development's "new" Support/Renewal Plan, we have lowered
the price of ZippyList to $10 to help make a Sysop's life easier (And
    less expensive)! :)

Fixed a minor bug that wouldn't allow the user to scan the (U)pload
    directories.

We failed to mention that everytime ZippyList initializes it will
delete any previous contents. This will help prevent the user from
entering it twice during one logon session and downloading the same
ZipFile. It will also prevent (In case the Sysop hasn't deleted the
work file during the $$LOGOFF.BAT) another user downloading someone
    else's file. :)

NOTE: Line #29 of the ZLIST.CFG has been altered! In prior versions, I
placed the '-!' parameter for PKZIP so it would authentically verify
the WHITE.ZIP file the user downloaded from our system. However, there
were some Sysops who left this 'as is' and didn't remove it. Therefore,
whenever their system shelled to PKZIP.EXE it would show the PKZIP Help
Screen and would require that someone pressed a key to continue.

 HISTORY - ZippyList v1.2 03/03/94

Added: Multiple help screens have been added so that a user may
press "H" (Or "?") from *any* menu inside ZippyList.

NOTE: YOU MUST ALTER YOUR ZLIST.CFG SO IT CORRESPONDS TO THE NEW
FORMAT. THE ONLY LINES THAT HAVE BEEN ALTERED ARE THE ZHLP*.
(THE NAME HAS BEEN CHANGED FROM ZHELP TO ZHLP FOR THE MAIN
          MENU HELP FILE)

    (Thanks Steve Williams!)

There were some errors (i.e. Punctuation and extra commands) that
were inside the main menu help file. Fixed. I also worded some
    things around a bit.

In the prior release, if the WELCOME file was not found - ZippyList
    would log:

        Error: WELCOME file not found!

There are some Sysops that don't wish to display the welcome file at
any time - So they will be able to simply remove this file. Now,
    ZippyList will log:

WELCOME file not found - Bypassing

IMPORTANT: In the prior release, I failed to mention that you should
alter your $$LOGOFF.BAT so it will delete your 'temporary'
compressed file after the user logs off. For example, we have in
     ours:

     $$LOGOFF.BAT
     ============
     IF EXIST C:\PCB\NODE%PCBNODE%\WORK\WHITE.ZIP DEL C:\PCB\NODE%PCBNODE%\WORK\WHITE.ZIP

This has been documented in the ZLIST.DOC for this version.

   Initial Release of ZippyList!
