I'm helping a victim who is being harassed by someone using your services at http://cd.textfiles.com/plamedia2008/Sound/Jason%20Heckathorn/. The sound files being stored there were recorded without the victim's consent or knowledge.

As it is, the victim has had to legally change his name because of the ongoing harassment, move and change jobs because if the harasser.

The victim has filed complaints with you in the past and received no response or help. I am hoping you can do something about this before it escalates any further.
