FIX: Incorrect Fonts With Word 6 and Viewer

In order for the correct fonts to be used in Viewer titles authored with
Microsoft Word for Windows version 6.0, an updated version of the Viewer
compiler, WMVC.EXE, must be used.

Word for Windows version 6.0 has modified the way it saves font information
when saving files in Rich Text Format (RTF). The Viewer compiler that shipped
with the Microsoft Multimedia Viewer Publishing Toolkit version 2.0 does not
process the new font information correctly. The compiler has been updated to
handle the new font information, and is available as self-extracting file
from the Microsoft Software Library (MSL) on the following services:

 - CompuServe
      GO MSL and download WMVCUP.EXE

 - Microsoft Download Service (MSDL)
Dial (206) 936-6735 to connect to MSDL
      Download WMVCUP.EXE

 - Internet (anonymous FTP)
      ftp ftp.microsoft.com
      Change to the \softlib\mslfiles directory
      Get WMVCUP.EXE

When WMVCUP.EXE is run, the file WMVC.EXE will be extracted. Copy this
file to your \MVPUBKIT\MVTOOLS directory.
