 AB    OBJECTIVE: To know how nutrition will effect the nutritional status of
       the HIV infected and develop to AIDS. MATERIALS AND METHODS: An
       exploitory study of persons with HIV infection and persons progressed to
       AIDS through the scientists or experts who look after them. RESULTS:
       Poor Nutritional status of HIV infected persons caused by malabsorption
       and other infections increasing the nutrients requirement. There are
       very strong affect of micronutrients; Iron, Zink, Selenium, and Vitamin
       A to HIV infection in progress to AIDS. Increasing intake with specific
       Diet are crucial needed to improve nutritional status of AIDS cases.
       Nutrition has a strong role to delay HIV developing to AIDS. DISCUSSION
       AND CONCLUSION: Nutrition has the role to delayed the progress of HIV
       infected to AIDS and increasing of quality of life of AIDS patients.
       Nutrition management will be used for prolong the AIDS process and for
       treatment.
