AB Oxydation in tissues is the trigger of HIV-infection and AIDS. All the
molecular and cell risk-AIDS factors have prooxydative nature. HIV
interacts with membranes of cells and tissues in different ways
depending on the degree of thier coupled antioxydative and oxydative
levels. The main line of the HIV-prophylaxis and HIV-therapy is the
supporting of high antioxydative state in tissues. We've worked out the
schemes of antioxydative pharmacological therapy, physiotherapy, diets,
psychological training. The complex of biochemical and biophycical
methods for determination of antioxydative activity in blood, cells and
tissues have been developed. The perspective use of serum albumin and
its complexes with reduces as the high molecular polyantioxydative
system with recovering capacity in biological fluids and tissues is
being carried. The most interest is the effect of vitamins C, P, E, D,
PABA; aromatic aminoacids, cysteine, arginine, lysine; glutathione,
DSIP, homocarnosine. Antioxydative diets include the fibrous food of
fruits, vegetables, greens, shoots, vegetable oiles, fats of fish and
seafood, egg albumin, frashly boiled tea, grasses, milk products etc.
       with high content of antioxydants.
