 AB    OBJECTIVES: 1. To determine how the situation goes on over time. 2. To
       call attention to the risk to loss HIV stabilization and necessity of
       NGO's action. METHOD: In MST clinic, prostitutes enrolment data's were
       compared between 1988 and 1991. In these periods, socioeconomic data and
       clinic and biologic parameters were recorded. RESULTS: TABULAR DATA, SEE
       ABSTRACT VOLUME. NOTE: Enrolment was disrupted due to political
       disorders in September 1991. CONCLUSIONS: 1. Prostitutes age decreases
       (26 yrs vs 23 yrs). 2. Persons number been depended on decreases too,
       twice less. 3. There is certainly risk that these young women, if they
       are not framed, contribute to raise number of HIV-infected persons.
       RECOMMENDATION: during this unsettled period, NGO's must undertake. That
       MSF/NGO's does now with Projet SIDA.
