So What's In That Immitation Crab Anyways?

        For those of you that have always wanted to know what was in
immitation crab, here's the answer:

Ingredients:  Alaskan Pollock Fish, Pollock Water, Potato Starch, Sugar, 
Tapioca Starch, Egg White, Soy Bean Oil, and 2% or less of the following:
Mirin Wine, Soy Protein Isolate, Calcium, Salt and Added Color.


Now, go tell your friends, family and complete strangers.  Hey, this should
be a question in one of those trivia games!
