Readme for "The Rules of Tennis" doc for the Palm Pilot

This package contains the official Code of the
International Tennis Federation, known herein as
"The Rules of Tennis".  The rules have been
formatted for use with the Doc utility for the
Palm Pilot PDA.  The rules have been bookmarked
for easy access.
