Release 2.0

Deleting older versions of Mind Meld is not required.

New version has the following modifications.

2.0 - Release
	- New Preferences screen which allows the player to configure the game
	  allowing for more levels.  This replaces the original
	  Menu item "Levels".
	- Better Context Sensitive Information/Help.
	- Graffiti "X" clears a cell value.
	- Added Menu Item to clear a cell value	
	- Allow Duplicates preference added	
	- Number of Cells preference added
