Enter Score Preferences, sets up the behavior of the enter scores screen and details for the current round.
|
Access the Enter Score prefs screen from the menu. The following options are available: 1) Max Strokes: This sets the maximum number of strokes that may be entered for any player (default is 20) may be set up to 99. Max Putts: may be set up to 99. This sets the maximum number of putts that may be entered for any player (default is 10). NOTE: Even though you can set the Max number of putts higher than strokes, GolfTrac will not allow a putts score higher than the number of strokes. 2) Score Tab Order: Sets the order in which the auto advance function of the keypad advances. (personal preference). These preferences are saved between rounds. 3) Track Putts & Track Penalty Strokes: Each check box enables or disables the tracking of its type of score. You must track putts in order to track penalty strokes. When tracking putts, it is very important to track them consistently. If you skip/forget holes, then the legacy putts statistics will not be accurate. Disabling putts after scores are entered does NOT delete the scores. It merely prevents them from being used in the statistic calculations NOTE: This preference is specific to the current round only
