Scoring a Hole
Table of Contents

The Enter Scores screen provides 2 functions.

1) Building a course record while you play

2) Entering scores for each player

If the course is being built on-the-fly then all fields pertaining to the course will need to be entered. (Hole Description is optional). Default values are entered (HCP will be the hole number, PAR 4, and 400 Yards).

FIELD DEFINITIONS:

1) Course Data: Hole Handicap, Par for current hole, length of hole in yards.

2) Hole Description: Up to 60 characters OPTIONAL

3) Players Initials: Click/Tap to see that players Score Card.

4) Score & Putt & Penalty Fields: Score and putts for each player. Use the Keypad or the Arrow Buttons to set the score. Tracking putts and penalties is OPTIONAL

5) Scoring Keypad: Use the Scoring Keypad to enter the scores and putts for each player. Using the Keypad will automatically enter the score and select the next field. Every button EXCEPT the 9 button will advance the fields. This allows you to choose 9 and then use the up arrow for any score above nine.

Putts (if being tracked) are checked, putts cannot be greater than the score. Likewise you cannot adjust a score lower than the number of putts.

6) Detail Button: Takes you to the detail screen for player number 1.

7) Drive in Fairway/Green in Regulation/Free Throws: (For Player Number 1 only) Allows you to check the Drive in Fairway, Green in Regulation, and Free Throw checkbox without going to the "detail screen".
