The Round Setup/Edit Screen is used to Create or Edit a round record in the round database.

The Title of the screen reflects the course being played.

Players must be entered in order or the following dialog will appear.

Setting Round Time

FIELD DEFINITIONS:

1) Round Name: Up to 20 characters, REQUIRED Enter the name of the round here abbreviate if necessary. The Course name is now auto entered as the Round name (v1.5)

2) Round Notes: Up to 60 characters, use this for whatever you see fit. (Betting, weather, etc.) OPTIONAL

3) Players Initials: GolfTrac can keep score for up to 4 players. Player number 1 is considered the Pilot owner. ONLY player number one can track shots using the detail function. AT LEAST ONE PLAYER REQUIRED

(v1.5) Player 1's initials are auto entered. Set these initials in the General Preferences Screen.

NOTE: Players MUST be entered in order 1-2-3-4.

4) Start From: Choose which side of the course your starting from. (Default is front 9)

5) Total Round Time: Click on "Total Round Time" to enter your start and finish times.
