Entering Data FILE: OE.HLP Once you have some results to enter, you can begin to use DBK. However, this is assuming that you have already recorded the course data. Course Data - Before DBK can be used, you must create a database of all the courses that you play. They need not all be done at once but you must have at least one course on file before entering your results. Entering course data is simple. Just get a scorecard and type in the info for each hole. This is done using the first choice in the Main Menu. Use the filename COURSE.DAT unless you plan on keeping multiple course files. We suggest that you keep all courses in one file called COURSE.DAT. Once this is done, you're ready to enter the results of your play. Results Data - The results data is the results of your play. Anywhere from 1 to 18 holes can be entered for a single outing. If you played more than 18 holes in one day, just enter them as separte outings with the same date. The data collection form is accessed via the 2nd option on the Main Menu. Make sure that you begin on the correct spot if you played just the back 9. Once this is done, you're ready to run the summary!
