    This is The Cambridge Harness Handicapper, a professional quality
    handicapper for standardbred horses distributed on a user supported
    basis. To run the program you MUST use the HARNESS.BAT file. It's
    easy. Just type HARNESS at the DOS prompt and hit RETURN. Do NOT try
    to launch NHARN1.EXE directly. It won't work properly.
    
    To run the program, you must have the following files on your disk or
    in the directory from which the program is launched:
    
         HARNESS.BAT
         NHARN1.EXE
         SPEEDSCR.COM
         NHARN1.PAK
