Card Track is a tool to help you plan credit usage/repayment.  Primarily 
written with  bank cards in mind,  it is also capable of handling most credit 
situations you might "run".

     Card Track version 3.0  now contains its  own help section  which can be 
called by pressing `H' or `h' while at the main screen.  ( The program is not 
case sensitive, lower case is converted to upper case. )  To use Help, choose 
among  menus  and  menu items for  displays of  information of  all the items
offered for selection at the main screen.

     Wittens and Co. can be called by pressing `W' or `w' at the main screen.
New for version 3.0, this is a collection of fiscal "standard" functions.

     More general  information  such as the  program's  audience, intent, and
how to write to the author  can be found in the  Help Section.  After calling 
Help, select item `E', Mentionables, and select the item to display.

     The file Z-Filer.Trk is a data file for Card Track.  It demonstrates use
of several credit situations, and can be changed with the  Card Track  editor
