INTRODUCTION

	PC-Sherlock is a 'brain' Game, involving logical reasoning and
	deduction.  You and your PC play against each other to deduce
	each other's secret number. PC-Sherlock presents your PC as an
	extremely intelligent player and it is tough to win against it.
	Of course, every advantage is given to the human player to ensure
	that good players can really win against PC. Surprisingly, the
	Game becomes more and more exciting as you learn to apply your
	logic in a more skillful manner. Of course, the Game is random
	and there is no fixed strategy or formula to win. So the Game
	remains exciting even after thousands of plays.

	Complete Online Tutorial is available in the program. 

	For more information, startup the program by typing 'Sherlock' at
	DOS prompt and choose option 'Tutorial' from Main menu.


LIMITATIONS : 

	PC-Sherlock does not support MDA & CGA Graphics adapters. However
	it does support Hercules ( monochrome), EGA, VGA and SVGA
	Graphics Adapters.


HOW TO START THE PROGRAM :

	Type 'Sherlock' at DOS prompt. 

	( If you are starting for the first time, it is suggested that
	you first go thorugh the Tutorial to get an understanding of the Game
	and various menu options.)


LIST OF FILES :

	READ.ME      - A short introduction to PC-Sherlock

	SHERLOCK.EXE - The program file for PC-Sherlock ( Shareware
	               version ).

	REGISTER.TXT - A sample registration form which users may readily
	               use ( when sending a Check/MO).
	               Users also have the convenience of ordering by an
	               800 phone order line.
