SELECT SHEET TYPE

        BowlStat   has  four  different  type  of  printouts  that  can  be
 generated. Select the required type from the following menu:

 1) Average Sheets  - Printout of averages, pinfall and strings  bowled  of
                      bowlers currently in the database (user definable).

 2) Captain Sheets  - Printout of members  of  a  team,  including:  bowler
                      name,  average  and  handicap.  Used to record string
                      scores at the bowling center  for  later  input  into
                      BowlStat.

 3) Yearly Stats    - Printout containing a summary  of  bowler performance
                      throughout  the season. Contains daily and cumulative
                      statistics.

 4) Schedules       - Printout of a bolwing schedule for team currently  in
                      the database.  The schedule includes  team  name  and
                      the lane numbers on where the matche will take place.
                      BowlStat supports a  schedule  for  a  team  database
                      that is from 4 to 22 teams in size.
