        Select one of the four different type of Average Sheets possible by
 BowlStat from the menu shown below:

   The menu items available are:

   1) Main Menu     -  Return to the Main Menu.

   2) by Average    -  Print MENS and LADIES averages, seperated by gender,
                       from HIGHEST to LOWEST.

   3) by TEAM       -  Print bowler averages grouped by team, from  HIGHEST
                       to LOWEST and provide a total team average.

   4) by  NAME      -  Print  MENS  and  LADIES  averages,  alphabetically,
                       seperated by gender.

   5) Database Dump -  Print  all  bowler  statictics  alphabetically.  All
                       information will appear on the same line.
