That is not good enough.  You need to do more problems before retrying this
  review.  I suggest you do the following :
  1) Obtain a copy of the Schaum's Outline "College Algebra" by M. Spiegel.
  2) Carefully study pages 75 - 83, and then do problems 23 - 26, 38 - 39.
  3) Carefully study pages 87 - 94, and then do problems 36 - 40.
  4) Carefully study pages 110 - 122, and then do problems 42 - 43.
