        Magazine, and the Encyclopedia of Shareware.
 
    4.  PC-SIG Product Users may not download files and/or programs from a
        PC-SIG diskette or The PC-SIG Library on CD-ROM Disk with the intent
        to sell the copy.  Downloading is defined as the process of copying
        or duplicating a PC-SIG Library diskette or The PC-SIG Library on
        CD-ROM Disk onto other media, including, but not limited to,
        diskettes, hard drives, magnetic tape or optical disk, for the
        intentional or unintentional purposes of sales, distribution or
        financial gain.  The Product User cannot side-step the issue of a
        sale by claiming that they have only charged for consulting time, the
        cost of the diskette, or for labor charges only.
 
    5.  Electronic bulletin boards are regulated by the BBS contract
        included on this disc.
