HOW TO USE THE ADDRESS PROGRAM
                   ------------------------------

    Introduction :
    --------------
Address is a database management program for IBM and IBM
compatible computers that support PC\MS-DOS 2.0 and greater.
It allows you to keep track of your personal and business
address and telephone lists with the minimum of effort.

Before attempting to use this program you must make a working
copy of this disc. With this disk in the A drive and a formatted
disk in the B drive type "copy *.* B:". Remove the disk in the A
drive and store in a safe place. Use the disk in the B drive as
your working copy. If you have a hard disk copy the program
files to a new directory area on the hard disk using the
MS-DOS, MD command to make the new directory.

To run the program place the working disk in the A drive and
with the A> prompt on the screen type "ADDRESS". All that is
needed from now on is to follow the menu prompts as they appear
on the screen. If you have a hard disk go to the new directory
with the C> prompt on the screen by entering "CD (new name)"
    and then typing "ADDRESS".

    avoid inadvertant duplication.
