Okichar is provided on this disk in a library form in order
to keep the files separate from the others so you can organize
your hard disk better.
In order to use okichar you should:
  1) md\okichar             create a okichar subdirectory
  2) cd\okichar
  3) copy a:okichar.lbr     move in the okichar library
  4) lu a okichar.lbr       disperse the files in the okichar library
