NEWBASE II version 4.a is a menu-driven database manager for mailing
lists, name and address lists, sales reports, expense account
maintenance, budget preparation and maintenance, etc..  NEWBASE II is a
data management system that makes it easy to organize and manage
information so it can be ordered, changed, or retrieved and then printed
to suit a variety of circumstances.  Also, NEWBASE II interfaces with
many of the most popular word processing systems.  Ease of use by
non-technical personnel has been the primary design consideration.
